Oats has become a staple food. Porridge in the morning, oatcakes and cheese for lunch, followed by a flapjack… basically, oats are good. So good most if today going downhill we start jogging. Our toes numb, and im told later this is what happens to runners running down hills!
Today continues past the midgie infested Loch Lomond. The walk is pretty trechourous and slightly technical going up around and over boulders. Most walkers complain, but I find today enjoyable. The mild challenge is great.
As the walk continues, we pass loch lomond and actually stop for a cup of tea in a cosey bothy.
